How it works

From your list to a meeting in your calendar. Calls start on day 3.

  1. Day 1

Tell us who you want to meet

A 15-minute call to agree who is worth meeting and the reason for calling. You approve the opening.

  2. Day 2

    Send your list

You send your list and confirm it has been checked against the Do Not Call Registry.

  3. From day 3

    Your named caller starts

One Greetsby caller you know by name is responsible for your campaign. Weekdays, from a Singapore number, every call recorded.

  4. Each booking

A meeting lands in your calendar

With the person’s details and the recording. We remind them before the meeting and rebook anyone who does not turn up.

  5. Each week

    You see everything

Calls made, people reached, meetings booked and held, and anyone who asked not to be called again.

What you get

You see every call. Your prospects get a clear, polite booking.

What your prospects hear

A bad call hurts your name, so you see exactly how ours sound before we make one.

  • Who is calling and why. We say your name, your firm and the reason at the start of the call.
  • A Singapore number on screen. Never hidden, never overseas.
  • Booking only. We arrange the meeting. Advice and products stay with you.
  • “Please don’t call again” is final. We stop at once and that person is not called again.
  • Calling hours. 9.30am to 6.00pm on weekdays.

For the people we call

How to know it’s really us

Your clients have heard about scam calls. Here is what a Greetsby call always does, and what it never does.

Every Greetsby call shows a Singapore +65 number on screen. Never hidden, never overseas.

We always

  • Say which adviser or company we are calling for, and why, at the start of the call
  • Tell the person the call is recorded
  • Stop at once when someone asks us not to call again
  • Call only on weekdays, 9.30am to 6.00pm

We never

  • Ask for an NRIC number, bank details, a one-time password or a login
  • Ask anyone to pay, transfer money or install an app
  • Give advice or sell a product. We only arrange the meeting.

Pricing

One flat price for each batch of numbers we call.

You know the full cost before we start. It does not change with the number of meetings.

How many numbers should we call?

S$1,800

S$1.80 a number called, at every batch size.

No contract. Your first batch is how you try us. At the end you get a written report and decide whether to continue.

Included in every batch

  • A named Greetsby caller responsible for your campaign
  • Each number tried up to 4 times, on different days
  • Meetings booked straight into your calendar
  • A reminder to each person before their meeting
  • Every call recorded and shared with you
  • A short report each week, with every recording

Team of 5 or more? The same rate for each adviser, one invoice, and a view for the team leader of every adviser’s calls and meetings. Ask about team accounts

What counts as a number called

You pay for the numbers we call. Here is how we count them.

  1. We try each number up to 4 times, on different days, from 9.30am to 6.00pm on weekdays.
  2. A number counts as called when we speak to the person, or after the fourth try, whichever comes first.
  3. Numbers you ask us not to call are left out of the count.
  4. Numbers that turn out to be out of service are also left out of the count.

Why we started Greetsby

A note from the founders

If you have paid for leads or appointments before, you may know how it goes. The list was shared with other agents. The meeting was booked, but the person never came. Nobody could tell you what was said on the call.

Greetsby is built the other way round. We call your list and nobody else’s. You can hear every call. You know the price before we start, and if someone does not turn up, we try to rebook them at no extra cost.

Start with one batch on your own list. There is no contract. We would rather earn your next batch than lock you in.

Questions

Asked before every first batch

More on the service page and getting started page.

Whose list do you call?

Yours. You send us the people you want to meet. We never resell your list, never add it to another client’s campaign, and delete it when you ask.

Who checks the Do Not Call Registry?

You do, before sending us your list, and you confirm it when you upload. Anyone who asks us not to call again is not called again, and we pass that on to you.

What number will my prospects see?

A Singapore number, shown on their screen. Never a hidden or overseas number. Each person sees the same number every time we call them.

How many times do you call each person?

Up to 4 times for a new list, on different days, between 9.30am and 6.00pm. If someone asks us not to call again, we stop at once and they are not called again.

Can I listen to the calls?

Yes. Every call is recorded. You can play any call on your list, including the ones that did not book.

What if the person does not show up?

We remind people before each meeting. If someone misses it, we contact them to rebook, at no extra cost.
